Have you ever wondered why some people are able to successfully make changes in their lives, yet many others cannot? This is a question many people can’t answer. Perhaps you have asked yourself this same question Too. I’m sure we all do at some point in our lives. I always ask myself, what is working well in my life, and what is not? What do I need to do improve in my life to create the changes I want?

It’s not an easy change; it can take months if not years before you can successfully say you got over your ‘Uncomfortable Comfort Zone’, but after you do get over it you will look back in time and realize that all you had to do was accept that you needed to make that change.

How I got over this ‘Uncomfortable zone’ was by doing this: When thinking about my own situation, I consider what someone else might try and. This process of intentionally distancing myself by putting myself in another’s perspective helps me to see my own situation in a more realistic manner.
