It really isn’t much if you think about it, but most of us still don’t do it. One tip for drinking more water is to replace soda and sugary drinks with water. You’ll save money and calories each day! Water from the tap is always free; just be sure to boil it before you drink it. Another tip is to drink water instead of having an unhealthy snack. The water will fill you up without any guilt.

Eat a healthy breakfast. As the saying goes, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Chances are that you don’t eat breakfast, or if you do, you consume something bad for you, like a sugary donut or fatty muffin. A nutritious breakfast is a great way to start your day and keeps you from having those annoying hunger pains so you can focus on your work.

Finally, exercise or exercise more often. You know that you should exercise at least three times a day—but do you actually do it? It can be hard to get motivated to start a workout routine, but it’s one of the best things you can do for your health. Exercise with a friend or reward yourself when you reach a certain workout goal if you need some motivation.
