Rather than rushing off to your daily duties, providing yourself with a few moments to prep yourself for the day ahead can truly be the best move for making the most of your day. Jot down the purpose of waking up early:

By being aware of the reason for why you need to wake up early, you’ll push yourself to make sure that you do wake up on time so that you are able to accomplish the tasks and goals you are meant to accomplish. Plus, adhering to this practice it will also make it more likely that you’ll follow through with the set tasks.

Go to bed early:

In order to wake up early, you certainly need to head to bed early. Exhaustion and fatigue will certainly not help you get up early.

Find a rise-early buddy:

Coordinate to wake up on a certain time and perhaps meet up your friend for an early walk. Knowing that someone is waiting for you and that you’ll be answerable to a friend, should get both of you to roll out of that bed on time, instead of basking in the warmth of the pillow.
