If by any chance you have been considering suicide or have been having suicidal thoughts, then read the suggestions shared below to help you get through this rough patch:

Suicide is never the solution as it solves absolutely nothing. To you at the moment it probably seems like there is no plausible solution to your problem but the fact of the matter is that there always is. At times for the solution to surface you just have to be patient and wait for it to come to you. Just make it your motto that there has always been a solution to everything, even though you might not see it right away. Despite how awful and morbid you feel at this instance, these feelings nonetheless will pass.

Give yourself more time. If you reached the end of your patience and simply can’t repress your urge, then always try telling yourself to wait for another day or two. The extra time can ward off the build of pessimistic emotions and just might make you change your mind. During this time don’t leave yourself alone and try seeking help from a close friend, a professional or the suicide hotline. At this point anything is worth trying!
