Act with Intention Now and Become Your Best Self in the Future.

Be Present Every DayAndy Core is an expert in Work-Life Balance, Wellbeing, and Peak Human Performance.

Life is not about what you intend to do in the future, but what you’re doing now. Today. In this moment. All your plans for the future are built on this, and like leadership speakers, no matter what your intentions are, if you don’t act on them, they mean nothing.

No one knows what you are thinking about. Even if you say that you’re hoping to do something nice, it won’t mean a lot if you don’t act on the ideas. You may also lose trust from other people if you have a tendency of saying that you’ll do something and in reality you don’t.

People will never remember the words but will always remember how you made them feel. If you let them down, they will never forget the disappointment that you caused on them. This will make you be seen as unreliable.

You should be whom you want to be, and follow through with your good intentions. You’ll always be remembered as the person who was always available for a friend, or the hard worker people could count on at work. It’s far much better to do a favorable action than having thoughts of doing reliable things.

You Should Never Give Up no Matter What You Face!

positive

Always stay positive for better things to come.

Life is full of challenges as a result your spirits can get low as well. However, you should never give up but keep on fighting because things will get better. The human spirit is very supple, and even though it might seem to be the end of the world today, tomorrow gives you another chance to start afresh.

When you take a break or talk to friends, you can understand some important things about life. Sometimes you may be sick, tired, or just sick of being tired, but you can almost always change things to be what you want them to be.

You should always try your best to make decisions that you think are right and be happy with your choices even if things don’t turn out the way you expected. You will always face challenges whether you’re talking about love, your job, or anything in between.

You should be prepared to weather the storms, with and know that nothing exists forever. The bad times will eventually end and you’ll be able to start over again. If you accept situations that arise, you will be able to cope and find joy in yourself.

If you want to be the best, start now. Never think that you can’t be a more patient parent, a more loving spouse, or a more successful employee. Just start being who you want to be today. Don’t put it off or think you can’t do it.

In case you want to quit smoking and put down the cigarettes. You should start today by consulting your doctor if you need help in the process. In case you want a happier home life, start now by making positive changes that will get you there. When you want a closer relationship with your sibling or parent, pick up the phone and make a call.

We always tend to put off things that we should be doing, more so if the tasks seem difficult. The reality is that it’s not usually difficult as it seem to be. When you want to accomplish something, put your fears aside and face the reality. Nothing should put you off on your path to success.

You must have the willing to change so that you can get to where you want.  After you succeed you’ll be pleased with yourself that you made the right choices.

Dance in the Rain—It’ll Keep You Happy

Andy Core is an expert in Work-Life Balance, Wellbeing, and Peak Human Performance.

On a sunny day, when everything seems right in the world, it’s pretty easy to remain upbeat and positive. But when the weather turns dreary, and things start falling apart, you can’t always just crawl back into bed and wait for it to pass. Sometimes you have to dance in the rain.

Don’t be afraid to go out and weather the storm, because at the end of the day, you still have things to accomplish. And weathering the storm may mean just trying to get through, but whenever possible, you should have fun, even if times are tough.

Don’t let a little rain in your world get you down or keep you from achieving

Dancing in the rain can be taken metaphorically, but it may also be beneficial to literally dance in the rain sometimes. It’s cleansing to the soul and a great form of exercise. It’s something that people often forget to do as adults – have fun and don’t worry about getting a bit wet.

If you can learn how to make the best out of a bad situation, your life will be more fulfilling and less stressful. You will be happier and healthier, and you will be able to conquer those bad times with a good attitude and lots of energy.

Surround Yourself with Positive People

Successful men and women have always advised to choose your friends wisely. Whether it’s good or bad, the people who surround you will have an effect on you. Friends, family, and associates can be wonderful at building you up, or they can be instrumental in holding you back.

True friends will help you to achieve your goals and have a positive attitude toward learning

achieve your goals and have a
positive attitude toward learning

The way people look at things can be, and usually is, contagious. People who spend all their time down in the dumps, complaining, and criticizing can be hazardous to your health, your career, and your life in general.

Conversely, positive, upbeat thinkers may help you become a better person. Thinking positively can help you achieve your goals. This is not to say that you can never be sad or complain about anything. You just can’t wallow in self-pity and anger.

Surround yourself with other goal-oriented people who choose to look at the bright side of life. If that means spending less time with a family member or old friend who brings you down, so be it. If you can’t bring them around and convince them that you need people with good attitudes in your life, then they will continue to be toxic.

In return, you should be a positive influence for your loved ones as well. Don’t put people down and only comment on their bad qualities or mistakes. It is fine, however, to give polite, constructive advice and always acceptable to compliment them and give credit where credit is due.
