Never Forget Those Who Helped You

Never forget those who have helped you

Never forget those who have helped you

Andy Core is an expert in Work-Life Balance, Wellbeing, and Peak Human Performance.

Life is a process. Every achievement you experience takes a succession of efforts. Almost nothing is instantly successful, and no matter how hard you try, you cannot achieve any great measure of success entirely on your own.

Every person who is in your life has some role in your achievements. They may be a fuel behind you motivating what not be be or a support system helping you in your journey. Either way, acknowledge the help that people have given you on your way and continue to recognize the people who still are.

Every step of your journey you will be people who have supported you emotionally, financially and physically. They may be personal relationships or they may be motivational speakers.

It is important to show gratitude to those who have helped you along the way. Taking people’s assistance for granted will eventually leave you without anyone’s help. Make sure that people who help you know that their assistance is appreciated and that you are grateful.

Continually remember that other people’s help and influence have contributed to turning you into who you are. You may think you are a self-reliant individual but nobody gets anywhere completely on their own. Never forget to acknowledge the contributions of others, no matter how small.

Four Reasons Why Professional Speaker Urges You to Be Friendly at Work

A professional speaker says that a friendly workplace is a fun and effective workplace.

A professional speaker says that a friendly workplace is a fun and effective workplace.

A professional speaker believes that it is extremely beneficial for employees, especially those on the same team, to become friends with each other. A good, friendly rapport with your co-workers, and even your superiors, is always a huge bonus in your professional life. Here are a few reasons why:

It helps keep morale up in your workplace. Work shouldn’t be all about work. It’s also a place where you can expand your social circle. Don’t be afraid to mingle with your co-workers at the water cooler. Not only will it help you make and keep friends, this keeps everyone’s moods up even if everyone is under heavy stress.

It makes sure everyone on the team is on the same page. A professional speaker adds that if you, your team and your superior are friendly with each other, team meetings will go much smoother. It is easier to talk openly and share your ideas about how to tackle certain tasks if you know that everyone’s ideas are listened to.

It promotes good teamwork. Friends are more likely to work well with each other than just acquaintances are, and with any team effort, teamwork is the key.

It makes work fun. School was fun because you and your friends hung out. The office is no different. Be friends with everyone you work with, and motivating yourself to go to work shouldn’t be a chore anymore.

We didn’t learn to make friends in school, just to forget about them once we graduate. No man is an island, and you can’t expect to grow up in your professional life without making friends. Therefore, being friendly while at work is top advice by professional speakers.
