Usually, in order to commence work on a new project or perhaps to simply have a productive day at work, you usually need some sort of mental boost to kick start your day. There are a few things you can do to enhance your productivity level at work or generally.
Rise Early: Firstly try rising early and use the extra time to jot down what you need to accomplish during the span of the day and prioritize the tasks that you are meant to carry out. Organizing your tasks can really help you to have a productive day!
Have Coffee or Green Tea: Research suggests that coffee or green enhances the brain activity and concentration level and will also tend to increase your energy levels. So if during the mornings you happen to find yourself a bit foggy and drained, try having a cup of freshly brewed tea or coffee.
Engage in physical activity: Engaging in physical exercise first thing in the morning will boost your energy and concentration level which as a result will allow you to focus and think more efficiently at work. Exercise is proven to do wonders for the mind and body and hence will leave you feeling rejuvenated mentally and physically.
