Integrity is Forever – Convention Speaker’s Advice

Maintain Integrity in Everything You Do

Andy Core, a renowned convention speaker, believes that you should keep your integrity and do not let any factors wither it.

Andy Core is an expert in Work-Life Balance, Wellbeing and Peak Human Performance.

What is integrity? It is among the many questions Andy Core, a reputable convention speaker, answers during seminars. Integrity may be achieved if you know how to deliver products when promised, sticking to doing what is accepted by the norm, thus, ensuring that you do not resort to negative methods.

Doing the Right Thing

Integrity requires you to do the right thing, no matter how difficult the circumstances are. Unfortunately, we are living in a world where people believe that doing negative things, for as long as it benefits the majority, is acceptable. Uplifting your integrity will not happen if you live by the saying, “the end justifies the means.”

Maintain a Good Reputation

Success can happen whether your actions are right or wrong, for as long as you have the drive and the knowledge to acquire your goals. However, success doesn’t last forever. Settling for shortcuts and mediocre results will eventually lead to a poor reputation. You risk losing the achievement you have been wanting. Doing what is right will obviously bring you to the top. Though it may take some time, there is an assurance that things will work out in your favor.

What a Keynote Speaker Does

The job of the keynote speaker is to introduce you to the show.

The keynote speaker has the singular responsibility to charm, cajole, make you laugh, inspire and motivate you to enjoy the conference to the fullest.

When you go to a convention, the keynote speaker is sort of the rock star. When you go to a convention, there are a lot of speeches and seminars to attend. Speeches are a one-time thing. Seminars on the other hand, can be half or full day and the information received in a seminar is more detailed and comprehensive – like taking a class at school.

Set Up Around a Theme

Each convention, either an association or corporate, has some kind of theme that the conference is centered around. For instance, the ComicCon, where people who love comic books and fiction come together, have fun, and learn about up coming events involving their favorite character/stars.

The keynote speech establishes the principle-underlying theme of everything and the core message of the convention.

Make ‘Um Laugh

It is an honor to be asked to be the keynote speaker. Yours is going to be the show that everyone wants to see. Planners of these events want their first speaker to be someone who is going to grab the attention of the audience, make them laugh, and get them excited about the rest of the convention.

The speeches are usually lacking in substance as they are meant to inspire the audience about taking advantage of everything the meeting offers. The job of the keynote speaker is to make you laugh, cry, and become inspired.
