This doesn’t mean you have to be working every moment of the day. On the contrary, some of the most meaningful uses of your time are spent not being busy, but being with family and friends. Even if you’re just talking or playing games, these are the times you will remember fondly.

Your career is just part of your life, so don’t waste all your time at work when you’re needed at home. Finding a delicate balance between the places where you’re needed can be difficult, but if you can achieve it, your life will go much more smoothly.

Time keeps ticking away, and you do need to make time to relax and to sleep, but don’t let your days go by without doing something worthwhile. Watch TV sparingly, and have conversations that mean something to you and your loved ones.
