Lack of sleep is one of the most common offenders of causing stress, anxiety, anger and an overall poorer performance at work.  We should be spending around a third of our lives sleeping as it is a vital part of our health.

The period prior to a good night’s rest is just as important as the sleep itself and helping yourself to a peaceful night is paramount to ensure you drift off to an easy slumber.  Watching a horror film is not a great idea.  Equally, those coffee-lovers among us must switch to a non-caffeine drink, such as green or peppermint tea.  Eat earlier in the evening as opposed to a five-course gourmet banquet right before bed.  Sleep health is so important and cannot be stressed highly enough.  Learning to wind down from the day is an art.  Learning to leave the day behind can be achieved with some simple techniques
