Not everyone among us find it easy to work out regularly and consistently. Even professional athletes have days where they don’t feel like getting out of bed.  Listed below are a few suggestions on how to overcome these obstacles and adhere to a weekly routine.

If you are ill or have suffered an injury: Rest if you are feeling a bit down but if you can, opt for an exercise of low intensity and you’ll be surprised how much better it might make you feel. Though if you are feeling a bit under the weather, do attain permission from your practitioner before engaging in any form of physical activity.

If you are on a holiday – When on a holiday avail the available facilities such as local gyms and clubs in order to keep yourself healthy. Perhaps you could simply go swimming or stroll down the beach-side if you please. You can always find ways to incorporate some sort of activity no matter where you might be vacationing.

If you are constantly working– You could always work within your office space or at your desk. For example, you could do some crunches, stretches or simply walk up and down the stairs every now and then.
