No matter how much you love your job, it can be tough to get motivated sometimes. It’s even harder to get motivated when you’re going to work long hours each day in a job you don’t enjoy. Everyone has to make a living, and we can’t always get our first choice, but you can love what you do.
When you’re seeking out a career, it’s best to look for something you love to do. If you want to help people who are sick or hurt, and you’re not easily shaken, the medical profession may be perfect for you.
If you love children, and are fulfilled by helping them expand their horizons, then teaching is clearly the way to go. However, there are times when life gets in the way of our dreams, and you must take a less than desirable job to make ends meet.
The important thing is that you don’t give up. Make the best of your situation, and learn to love what you do right now. You can always keep working toward that career you hold dear to your heart, and maybe you will get there eventually. In the meantime, you can love your job by looking on the bright side.
