You’re the only one who truly knows all your flaws, weaknesses, and fears. You may look at someone else and think they really have life figured out. When you’re feeling like you can’t trust in yourself, you have to remember; others have shortcomings that make them doubt themselves as well.
Everyone has things they wish they did better, or feelings they wish they didn’t have. If you want to be able to believe in yourself and your own abilities, you have to learn to focus on your good qualities, while still trying to improve upon the bad.
Believing in yourself is necessary to achieve the success you deserve, in your career and your relationships. You need to look within, especially when you’ve doubted yourself, and find your good qualities.
Take stock of your skills and your character, and be proud of the things you do well. Focus on these things, and be positive about your ability to change for the better in the areas where you may need improvement. Through positive thinking and actions, you can acquire even more desirable qualities to feel good about who you really are, and about who you can be in the future.
