No one can be happy all the time, but trying to inject a little happiness, even into the worst times of your life, can be the only way to get through. Even at your lowest, if you can find some small piece of joy to hold on to, it may make all the difference in the world.

The old adage is true: Laughter really is the best medicine. When a friend makes you laugh at an unexpected moment, or you can find humor in a bad situation, you must grasp it with both hands and ride your laughter into better times.

And are there any better times than those spent staying up late and laughing with your spouse, friends, or family? Laughter is also a great bonding experience, and although not all memories are good ones, you will find yourself looking back on those fun moments more frequently.

Don’t ever let yourself get too serious in life. If you do, you will be missing out on the best things in life. Laugh often, spread your positive attitude as far and wide as possible, pass along joy whenever possible, and teach your children the value of laughter as well.
