You may keep a spreadsheet detailing what your team is currently working on, and who is doing what work. Alternatively, you may even ask your team if you’re giving them too much work. Good rapport between the employer and the employee should always be maintained, and great communication between the team is another important factor in improving productivity in the workplace.
