Sometimes living a healthy life can be as simple as recognizing healthy associations. Most people who have ever put forth the effort to eat well can attest to the fact that when you’re eating better, you feel better, and even look better.

Add in some exercise to that, and you’ll not only feel and look better, but you’ll have more energy. You’ll be able to be a better you, in all parts of your life.

Likewise, when you put more focused effort into your personal relationships, you will likely get more positive reactions in return. Your relationships with family and friends will also feel better, and you can thrive on these as well.

These same concepts can even be applied to your job. If you work hard and develop good relationships with your co-workers and bosses, your life at work will be less stressful and more productive.

Once you learn to recognize and accept these healthy associations between doing what is right, and getting greatness in return, you will have even more motivation to keep doing good things. Thus your healthy associations will lead you to a healthy, happy life.
