The stronger you are, mentally and physically, the better equipped you will be to handle all that life throw at you. To achieve the necessary strength and vigor that you need to live a satisfying life, you must work at it.

Making time to exercise, even for 30 minutes a day, can make you stronger all around. The activity of running or walking on a treadmill, or participating a team sport or workout class, can help you to clear your mind and gain physical strength. Cardio exercises are excellent for building yourself up increasing your strength and vigor.

Having more energy when needed will help you keep a positive attitude. All the positive choices you make in your life will feed off of one another, just as the negative would if you chose not to work out and to focus on the bad in your life.

Turning to caffeine and other drugs for energy may work for a short time, but is likely to backfire when that high wears off. And it makes your body dependent, and thereby weaker. By maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine, you are able to prepare your mind and body for being the best you can be.
