Bullies are everywhere —at school, in the workplace, any public place, or maybe even at home. They can be very hard to deal with, and if they’re being mean and aggressive toward others, they probably have some issues of their own that they need to work out.
However, when you’re dealing with someone who is bullying you, you may not have time to sit around and wonder why they’re causing problems, but instead you have to figure out how to deal with it. You need to keep being yourself, and you can’t let anyone get in the way of that.
You must remain calm and take the proper route to stopping a bully. And the best thing you can do is to continue to be yourself and act as you feel you should. Don’t allow a bully to make you do things you don’t want to do. Always stay true to your convictions and your own personality.
Make sure that you do the right thing, and take care of yourself. If you feel you’re in danger from a bully, whether it be your job or your well-being in general, don’t hesitate to go through the proper channels to stop that person and their bullying ways.
