On a sunny day, when everything seems right in the world, it’s pretty easy to remain upbeat and positive. But when the weather turns dreary, and things start falling apart, you can’t always just crawl back into bed and wait for it to pass. Sometimes you have to dance in the rain.

Don’t be afraid to go out and weather the storm, because at the end of the day, you still have things to accomplish. And weathering the storm may mean just trying to get through, but whenever possible, you should have fun, even if times are tough.

Dancing in the rain can be taken metaphorically, but it may also be beneficial to literally dance in the rain sometimes. It’s cleansing to the soul and a great form of exercise. It’s something that people often forget to do as adults – have fun and don’t worry about getting a bit wet.

If you can learn how to make the best out of a bad situation, your life will be more fulfilling and less stressful. You will be happier and healthier, and you will be able to conquer those bad times with a good attitude and lots of energy.
