“Just wanted to take a minute to tell you that the tip you gave me at the Boeing leadership center (put your clothes in your car the night before) has help in the consistency of my daily work out. I go to the gym 5 days a week M-F before work. The past 3 years I have only taken my clothes out of my car one time and missed my planned work out and that was to stay with my son when he was sick. The power of that simple tip has made a huge difference in the satisfaction of checking the box and meeting a commitment to myself. Thanks.”
