While not all moments of stress can be dodged, there certainly are several situations that can be easily avoided by adhering to some simple rules.
At times it’s best to just say no
You aren’t cut out to work like a machine. You require your rest and even some time for just yourself. Moreover, you don’t need to always please the people around you especially when your own emotional health is at stake. Be aware of your limits and never try exceeding them for meager, mundane reasons. May it be your professional life or your personal life, never take on extra responsibilities if they are going to compromise your peace and simply stress the life out of you.
Avoid being in the company of individuals that stress you out
If there are certain people in your life that persistently stress you out and then just stop hanging around them. But if it’s not possible for you to cut off your bonds with them then simply avoid spending too much time around them.
Avoid engaging in discussion on topics that simply push your buttons
There are always certain hot-topics that can get us fired up. In order to keep your anger tamed, simply avoid engaging in discussions revolving around these niches.
